Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• Experience with Paragon is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (TX) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (TX) CommonSpirit Health.

Unit Details: - Unit uses a virtual integrated care nursing model (VIC). - Common diagnoses/patient population include CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, CKD, and med/surg telemetry patients. - Telemetry monitor techs monitor patients; RNs must be able to read strips. - Cpap, Bipap, and high-flow patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - Schedule is assigned by the manager; must work the schedule given. - Every other weekend required. Holidays as required.

Floating Requirements: - Will float to all med/surg units.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
