As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
• Documenting clinical progress meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal quality standards to ensure patient confidentiality and care continuity.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team consisting of psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational professionals to provide holistic care and address the complex needs of the student population.
• Participating in ongoing supervision, case reviews, and team meetings to foster professional growth and improve treatment outcomes.
• Providing educational resources and emotional support to families, helping them navigate mental health challenges and fostering resilience within the home environment.
• Staying informed about the latest developments and research in mental health to continuously improve your practice and the services we offer.

You will primarily work with students who face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to foster trust and provide empathetic care will be vital to guiding them towards recovery and personal growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
• Strong proficiency in using solution-focused therapy methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex patient situations.

• Experience working in a school setting or with youth populations is highly desirable.
