Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting two elementary sites from August 10th through the end of October. A school-based SLP is going on FMLA, and we’re seeking a highly qualified professional to provide continuity of care for a caseload of 117 students across two buildings. An assigned Speech-Language Assistant (SLA) will be available to help manage the larger caseload, allowing you to focus on impactful therapy and student outcomes.

This assignment offers flexibility: on-site services are preferred, but candidates with experience in remote (VOCO) delivery are encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Possession of CCC-SLP certification
  • Recent experience in school settings (elementary population preferred)
  • Eligibility for state licensure in Indiana
  • Comfortable managing a large caseload with support from an SLA
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with virtual/remote therapy platforms is valued

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across two elementary schools
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support IEP goals
