Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) – Washington

Location: Remote, Washington
Assignment Dates: 2026–2027 School Year
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students throughout Washington during the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time remote opportunity supporting students in a school-based setting.

Assignments will be determined based on district needs, clinician experience, and overall fit to ensure the best outcomes for students and staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Virtual therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and screenings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
  • Participate in virtual meetings, including IEP and eligibility meetings

Screening & Credentialing Requirements

  • Successful completion of all district onboarding requirements
  • Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the district and state
  • Internal eligibility interview
