Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) 

Location: Woodbridge, VA

Job Type: Full- time / Part -time

Shifts: Mon - Fri (Days)

Job Summary:

 We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to help children, especially high school students, reach their fullest communication potential. This part-time position is perfect for therapists who enjoy evidence-based practice, family collaboration, and creative intervention planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.

  • Implement therapy techniques to improve communication skills and confidence.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to support patient care and educational goals. Provide early intervention services for children with speech and language delays.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

  • Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home.

  • Stay current with research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:
