Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A great Kโ€“12 school in California is now looking to hire a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Previous experience working with children is desired, but not required for this school-based position. Responsibilities

* Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
* Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students' needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation, and social communication.
* Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
* Work in a Kโ€“12 school setting with students across a variety of grade levels.

Experience

* Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred.

* Experience providing speech services in a remote setting preferred.

Education

* Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License.
* California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (or eligibility to obtain one).
