• Conduct teletherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing empathetic listening and evidence-based interventions to facilitate healing.
• Perform thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and circumstances.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on the delivery of effective care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Engage in continued learning and professional development to stay informed of best practices in teletherapy and mental health care.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and current LCSW-C license issued by the state of Maryland.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Experience providing teletherapy services, with an understanding of the nuances and logistics of remote mental health care.
• Background in working with diverse populations, informing approaches to therapy that are sensitive to each client’s unique experience.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions that can be applied in a remote setting.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges between USD 50,000 and 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
