  • Build and maintain financial models used to evaluate investment opportunities and project performance

  • Analyze project results against underwriting assumptions, forecasts, budgets, and actual performance

  • Develop an understanding of data center construction, infrastructure investments, and associated technologies

  • Partner with Construction, Development, Treasury, Billing, and Finance teams to maintain accurate capital forecasts and reporting

  • Support the annual capital planning and forecasting process

  • Participate in monthly budget-versus-actual reviews and provide variance analysis and commentary

  • Maintain capital forecasts within Adaptive Planning or successor forecasting platforms by location and asset category

  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities

  • Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as requested

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Collaborative approach to working across departments and stakeholders

  • Interest in capital projects, infrastructure, construction, or real estate finance

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects/PPM

  • Experience with Oracle EPM Planning or Financials

  • Experience with capital project accounting, project costing, commitments, EAC, capitalization, or WIP reporting

  • Familiarity with project billing and reimbursement processes

  • CPA, CMA, PMP, or similar professional certification

  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure, construction, real estate, or other capital-intensive industries
