• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic methods and interventions.
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care and optimal treatment outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
