Job description

iCapital is looking for a Relationship Manager to join the Enterprise Solutions team, specifically covering Asset Managers and General Partners. This position will play a key role in maintaining and developing current relationships and prospecting for new opportunities. This is a senior-level, technical role focused on the delivery and ongoing support of iCapital's full suite of technology solutions to Asset Managers and General Partners. This individual will also be tasked with further refining our marketplace positioning and go-to-market strategy across our business lines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and existing relationships with Asset and Wealth Managers and support other Relationship Managers.
  • Play a key role as the Relationship Manager for several strategic asset and wealth management clients.
  • Lead platform and system demonstrations for new prospects, lead responses to RFPs, and work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams on fund launches, closes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other Relationship Managers and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development, CRM technology, and marketing.
  • Manage and lead internal projects and develop frameworks and processes for ongoing team management.
  • Develop presentations with significant data and analysis for internal meetings and projects.
  • Work alongside the Enterprise Solutions team to develop meaningful measurements of success.

Qualifications

  • 12-15+ years of experience in a business development/relationship management capacity, with a focus on enterprise or technology sales
  • Extensive knowledge of alternative investments
  • Direct experience working for or with Asset Management or Wealth Management firms is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and able to work independently
  • Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $230,000.ย  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
