About the Role
As a member of the Brand Marketing team, the Graphic Designer will play a critical, hands-on role in executing Baggallini's brand evolution. This role is focused on developing and executing brand-consistent creative content across both digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce brand marketing assets across digital and print channels, including email, web, paid media, social, retail signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Translate campaign briefs and seasonal strategies into cohesive visual concepts and executable creative.
  • Develop layouts, typography systems, and visual compositions that reinforce brand consistency and elevate creative standards.
  • Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and meet quality expectations.
  • Prepare production-ready files and manage revisions through final delivery.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and working files.
  • Support development of seasonal and product launch campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Assist in photoshoot planning, including mood boards, creative direction decks, styling references, and shot lists.
  • Provide on-set or virtual creative support to ensure imagery aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Partner with external photographers, stylists, and vendors as needed.
  • Review and select imagery, support retouching direction, and ensure final assets meet brand standards.
  • Partner with the Art Director and Marketing Leadership to refine and evolve the brand book in alignment with updated strategy.
  • Help define visual standards including typography, color usage, photography style, layout systems, and tone of voice alignment.
  • Create clear, usable guidelines that support cross-functional consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, and Retail teams to support business objectives.
  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, concept exploration, and production efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative directions.
  • Participate in brainstorming, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel for campaign execution, photoshoots, or vendor collaboration as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the business and creative team.

Qualifications
  • BS/BA or related 4-year design degree (emphasis in graphic/interactive design).
  • 3-5 years of in-house or agency experience supporting retail or consumer brands; fashion or accessories experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in brand marketing, campaign development, and multi-channel creative execution across digital and print platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital/interactive environments, with understanding of production best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and apply brand guidelines; experience supporting brand book development or visual identity systems a plus.
  • Experience supporting campaign development and photoshoots, including mood boards, shot lists, and creative direction support, preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI features) and comfort integrating AI into creative workflows to enhance efficiency and ideation.
  • Clean, modern design sensibility with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Photography, retouching, and/or basic video editing capabilities a plus.
  • Visual merchandising or retail environment design experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
