Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and substance use issues, leveraging evidence-based tools to identify their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused strategies, addressing both emotional and psychological aspects of recovery.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a healing environment conducive to open and honest communication.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations while staying informed about the latest developments and research in mental health practices.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and recovery coaches, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to client care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, review treatment plans, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a vital member of our team, you will work primarily with individuals navigating various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to co-occurring disorders. This diverse client population requires an understanding of trauma-informed care and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each person. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active Licensed Mental Health Therapist license (LMSW) in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in navigating complex client situations.

Preferred Experience
