Mental Health Clinician
Department: Social Services Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Days Worked: Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu., Fri. Rate of Pay: $92,997.00 - $106,080.00 Annually Position Type: Full-Time Status: Accepting Applications
Position Description
Are you passionate about supporting individuals through mental health challenges and helping them achieve meaningful outcomes? We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team and provide individualized clinical care, therapeutic interventions, and psychoeducation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health services.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments for individuals served.
  • Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions tailored to the population served.
  • Deliver crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
  • Document services and progress in compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to treatment planning and discharge planning.
  • Ensure treatment approaches are developmentally appropriate and aligned with individual needs.

What We're Looking For
Education
  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required).

Experience
  • Two (2) years of experience with the population served (preferred).

Licenses/Certifications
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the appropriate discipline (required).
