• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs, considering their history, context, and personal goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide therapeutic support through secure virtual platforms, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance by maintaining open communication and trust.
• Engage clients in establishing realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and feedback throughout the treatment process.
• Document therapy sessions comprehensively and accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining clients' records for effective continuity of care.

At Inner Bliss Therapeutic Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve adapting therapeutic methods to meet the unique cultural, social, and emotional needs of clients from different walks of life.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively connect with clients in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity in understanding clients’ experiences and supporting their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to independently manage caseloads and maintain thorough documentation.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a mental health counselor, ideally in a remote or virtual therapy setting.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to use technology effectively in therapy sessions.
