The Associate IT Director will work in close partnership with the IT Director to provide both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that our technology environment is secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. This role oversees daily IT operations, drives enterprise technology initiatives, and supports the company's mission of delivering complex projects through innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
• IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Oversee enterprise IT systems across headquarters and 20+ remote offices.
- Oversee server, storage, virtualization, and network operations.
- Ensure high performance and scalability of our complex Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including GPU workloads for design applications such as Bentley and Autodesk.
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and system integrations across cloud and on-premises platforms.
