Job description

The Justin Landis Group is one of Atlanta’s top real estate teams, known for exceptional client care, strong systems, and a culture built on growth. We’re hiring a Listing Coordinator who will work closely with our Director of Operations/Listing Manager and real estate agents to implement and expand listings systems and processes, ensure a positive and expectation exceeding customer experience, and maintain/manage the listing pipeline.

What You’ll Do
  • Communicate with agents that have active listings
  • Return any unanswered calls as related to listings in a timely manner
  • Handle all incoming emails as related to listings
  • Maintain organization with a continued listing pipeline cycle
  • Respond to all emails in a timely fashion
  • Schedule photos, virtual tours, and lockbox dropoff with agents and sellers as necessary
  • Write listing descriptions for upcoming listings
  • Review listing paperwork accuracy for upcoming listings in Dotloop once filled in
  • Input listings as needed using SWIFT for efficiency
  • Maintain listings including price drops, edits, withdrawals, etc.
  • Ensure Zillow is properly displaying listing information
  • Manage ShowingTime including instructions and details
  • Create new listing flyers
  • Schedule open houses
