Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Rankin Realty Group at Inc Realty. The Real Estate Agent will conduct virtual and in-person client consultations, qualify leads, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and follow-up, preparing and presenting property listings, conducting virtual showings or coordinating on-site viewings, and drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other real estate contracts. The agent will use CRM and digital marketing tools to manage pipelines, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other partners to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves staying current on local market trends, legal and regulatory requirements, and company policies while delivering a high level of client service.

Qualifications
