Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Fairhope, AL. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the entire buying and selling process, including property showings, listing presentations, comparative market analyses, and contract negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing and marketing property listings, and coordinating inspections and closings with lenders, title companies, and other professionals. The agent will stay current with local market trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices, while accurately maintaining client records and transaction documentation. Collaboration with the brokerage team, participation in sales meetings, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications
