Job description

Step into a rewarding role supporting young learners as a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school environment near Salem, NH. This contract opportunity spans from August 31st through June 24th, following school hours from 8:15AM to 3:15PM, Monday through Friday, for a total of 32.5 hours each week. You'll work directly with K-3 students, making a meaningful impact each day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid RBT certification and ABA training required
  • Previous experience working in school settings is essential
  • Comfortable adapting to district guidelines and protocols
  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload of students in need
  • Reliable transportation and proximity to commute are necessary
  • District fingerprints must be completed as part of onboarding
  • BT candidates are strongly preferred; paraprofessionals are not eligible
  • Please note: RBTs must be able to operate without district-provided supervision
