Looking for a meaningful Speech Language Pathologist role in the school setting? Ampersand Therapy, a teacher and therapist run company, is hiring aSchool-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)for the 2026-2027 school year virtually in Missouri.

Position Overview

  • Role:School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an Elementary School
  • Location: Virtual (Missouri)
  • Full-time
  • Pay Structure:Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pediatric SLP evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff
  • Complete documentation aligned with school timelines
  • Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Missouri SLP license (or eligible to apply)
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments
