• Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions using secure communication platforms, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of clients.
• Utilize tailored therapeutic approaches and evidence-based practices to address individual client needs effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their mental health goals and promote their personal growth.
• Provide clients with practical tools and coping strategies to help them navigate life’s challenges and enhance their emotional resilience.

This position caters to a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with common mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, and transitional life phases. As a therapist, you will play an essential role in guiding clients toward healing and improved mental wellness through personalized care in a compassionate setting.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid Arizona state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Independent clinical practice capability with a clear understanding of telehealth methodologies and technologies to deliver effective virtual therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating capacity for independent practice and therapeutic assessment.
• Experience in a telehealth-based practice is highly preferred, along with familiarity with various virtual therapy platforms.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
