About the Role

 

We are looking for a Manager to join our Project Controls team in our regional office in Shippingport, PA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute program cost projections and forecasting, ensuring consistency in monthly program-level cost/fee projections.
  • Oversee program general conditions, cost projections, and manage project cash flow, including analysis of multiple components.
  • Lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate owner billing, and oversee processes for reviews and billing submissions.
  • Manage the check selection process and ensure proper payment release procedures.
  • Lead the change management team to ensure timely submission of changes and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Develop reporting and metrics to monitor the health of the change management backlog.
  • Establish and implement scheduling processes and procedures, coordinating with the scheduling team for timely updates.
  • Conduct time impact analysis and oversee schedule reviews.
  • Develop and oversee document control processes for correspondence, drawings, and specifications.
  • Oversee integration of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) processes as required.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring processes for workflows such as RFIs, Submittals, Material Status, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout.
  • Establish, monitor, and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related construction field.
  • 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Program Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
