Job Summary

We're looking for a responsible and skilled candidate to join our team in Powders Production.

Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO 

  • Preparing chemicals/raw materials for daily manufacturing.
  • Adding chemicals/raw materials to mixer for finishing goods.
  • Packing finish goods.
  • Preparing packaging for daily manufacturing.
  • Using forklift to move finish goods to storage area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Experience in same or similar position.
  • Forklift operation certification and safety training required.
  • Safety/quality mindset.

Working Conditions
  • Safety First: Requires strict adherence to all safety rules within an office environment and industrial plant locations where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
  • Dynamic Environment: Work in outdoor and indoor environments, with exposure to physical labor and harsh conditions (extreme heat, humidity, extreme cold, noise, dust). 
  • Physical Requirements: Frequent climbing, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, 20lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly) and performing physical tasks (e.g., opening railcar lids, collecting samples, clearing cement). Must be physically able to perform all essential job functions, including the ability to communicate verbally using a phone and radio, to hear verbal commands and audible alarms in order to safely operate around heavy equipment and automatic conveyor belt systems. Must be able to pass a physical exam, as may be required.
  • Work Schedule: Employees are expected to work varying shifts as needed, which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.  
  • Work Location: This position is required to be performed in person at the assigned worksite. Remote work is not available for this role.
