  • Configure and troubleshoot computer systems, networking equipment, touchscreen control systems, and related AV infrastructure.
  • Manage signal routing and system integration across LED walls, projection systems, monitors, and presentation systems.
  • Perform testing, quality control, and system verification to ensure equipment is functioning properly before and during events.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during load-in, rehearsal, show execution, and strike.
  • Provide basic audio support, including setup and troubleshooting of audio consoles, wireless microphone systems, and related equipment.
  • Lead and direct local crews, freelance technicians, and junior team members during event setup and execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to equipment configurations, system layouts, and event-specific technical requirements.
  • Follow company safety standards, operational procedures, and quality expectations.
  • Such other duties as may be determined and assigned by 3G.

  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems and related AV control, presentation, and content management software.
  • Familiarity with drafting software and technical documentation programs preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in live event and client-facing environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, production teams, and technical personnel.
  • Ability to lead and direct crews, freelance technicians, and other support personnel.
