Registered Nurse

Just-In Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis to conduct client assessments and assist with caregiver training. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible supplemental income while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals receiving care in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial in-home client assessments
  • Perform routine client reassessments and update care plans as needed
  • Provide caregiver training and competency evaluations
  • Communicate clinical observations and recommendations to the office team
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Compensation:

  • Initial Client Assessment: $90 per visit
  • Client Re-Assessment: $60 per visit
  • Caregiver Training / Administrative Time: $35 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state with 2+ years experience
  • Home care, hospice, geriatric, or community health experience preferred
