Anesthesia / PRN / Various Shifts

Administers intravenous, general and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Comprehensive patient care management throughout the peri-anesthetic period.

Education and Credentials Required:

Graduate of accredited program of nurse anesthesia. Current NC CRNA verification. Current NC RN license or licensure from Nursing Compact State. BCLS required upon employment. ACLS within 90 days of employment.

Work Experience Required:

No previous experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree or higher. PALS certification. 2 years or more experience working in hospital setting.
