PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Non-Medical Home CareStuart & Martin County, FL
$50–$85 Per Visit | PRN / Per Diem | Flexible Schedule

Milenis Home Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing oversight for our non-medical home care services throughout Stuart and Martin County.
Milenis provides personalized non-medical home care for adults and seniors, children, postpartum mothers, and families who want support in the comfort of their homes.
This is an assessment, oversight, and supervisory role—not a skilled home-health nursing position.

Compensation
  • Initial Client Assessment: $75/visit
  • Routine Supervisory Visit: $50/visit
  • Client Reassessment: $60/visit
  • Pediatric/Postpartum Assessment: $75/visit
  • Urgent Same-Day Supervisory Visit: $85/visit
  • Approved caregiver training and administrative work paid separately
  • Biweekly pay
Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial client assessments
  • Develop and update non-medical plans of care
  • Perform caregiver supervisory visits
  • Conduct client reassessments as needed
  • Evaluate client needs within Milenis' non-medical scope
  • Provide oversight, education, and guidance to caregivers
  • Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and competency
  • Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and management
  • Identify changes that may require referral to the client's healthcare provider
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Florida RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
  • Home care, geriatrics, pediatrics, postpartum, community health, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable traveling throughout Martin County

Visits are scheduled according to client and supervisory needs, with opportunities for additional visits as our Martin County client base grows.
