The PRN (per diem) structure means you have flexibility in selecting shifts that fit your availability, making it an ideal option for nurses seeking a non-traditional work schedule. Collaboration with physicians, case managers, and support staff is common, and effective communication with both patients and colleagues is key to delivering high-quality care.
