Role Overview: The clinic is seeking a Plastic Surgeon with experience and interest in cosmetic breast surgery, particularly complex and revision breast procedures, including secondary corrective surgeries following prior operations performed elsewhere. Key Responsibilities: Assess and manage cosmetic and revision breast surgery cases Perform breast procedures, including secondary and corrective surgeries Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing patient follow-up Collaborate with internal providers and referring physicians Maintain accurate consult documentation and continuity of care Support and mentor nursing and clinical staff Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives Adhere to clinic policies, surgical standards, and accreditation protocols Contribute to practice growth and optional marketing initiatives Practice Model & Support Dedicated team of 4-5 nurses and medical office assistants 5+ exam rooms allocated to your practice Access to surgical/procedural facilities and advanced laser technologies Full administrative support (scheduling, billing, referrals, HR) Minimal paperwork, with support for charting and billing Marketing assistance to help grow your practice Qualifications CPSBC license (or eligibility) FRCSC certification Interest in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology Experience with lasers, Botox, or fillers is an asset (not required) Open to both experienced surgeons and new graduates Why Join.
