Unit Highlights
Nurses on Unit 3F (General Surgery) care for acutely ill and surgically complex patients. We welcome patients from a variety of medical and surgical specialties. As a multispecialty surgical unit, the 3F patient population includes Urology, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma, in addition to other surgical services.
This 31-bed unit is a great place to become an expert surgical nurse and be exposed to a variety of specialized post-operative surgical nursing skills. The staff and nurses on 3F are highly skilled, motivated, and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications
  • ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
