You are a patient-focused professional who thrives on solving problems, building trust, and delivering a positive patient experience.

In this role, you will support patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel within a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. You will serve as a key point of contact by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support across multiple communication channels.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work remotely 3 days per week and onsite at our Morrisville, NC corporate office 2 days per week.

In this exciting role you will...

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other patient inquiries in a timely, professional, and compliant manner
  • Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and clinic staff through active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented communication
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve patient concerns while escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Accurately document patient interactions and maintain detailed records within the contact center system
  • Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards related to pharmaceutical contact center operations

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to diverse audiences
