Are you ready to join a team of highly motivated fitness coaches that utilize the latest methods of in-person and virtual coaching to maximize our impact in our clients' lives?  We are looking for passionate, dedicated, motivated and hard working coaches that are ready to be held accountable to deliver top notch service and to grow our program and community.  We are not looking for someone to punch a clock and render sessions.  You must be willing to be a coach and help our clients by providing fitness, nutrition and accountability.  We are a tight knit fitness family, and will invest the time, money and energy to help you be the best of the best.  We expect the best, and we have the most aggressive compensation plan in the area including a base salary, sales commission, quarterly and revenue bonuses, free CEC's and cert renewals, and solid PTO.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach the members in a 1-1 and live group training environment utilizing in club training and the latest virtual technology
  • Onboard new members and help them find the best coaching options to accomplish their goals
  • Conduct follow up meetings with members to help them stay on track
  • Keep up to date records on clients' goals and progress and help coach them to reach these goals through habit based nutrition and accountability
  • Assist the rest of the team in helping build and maintain a positive, clean, uplifting and fun club and culture for our members

Qualifications

  • Interest in Small Group Training 
  • Must have current CPT certification
  • Must have current CPR/AED certification
  • High School Graduate or GED
