• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, leveraging diagnostic tools and observation to inform treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients through secure, virtual platforms such as video conferencing and online messaging.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and adapt treatment approaches based on their progress and feedback.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to cater to diverse client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and detailed documentation of each therapy session in accordance with organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and peer support to continuously improve therapeutic skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

The counselors at Modiv Care Health Care Inc. work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are encountering a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients remotely.
• A high degree of empathy and a user-centered approach to understanding client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring the smooth operation of therapy sessions and documentation.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with underserved populations is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is a plus.
• Specific experience with evidence-based practices related to your therapeutic approach.
• A track record of effectively managing a diverse caseload and adapting treatment plans as needed.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
