• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive insights and evidence-based practices, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving client needs.
• Engage clients in individual therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or trauma-informed care tailored to their specific challenges.
• Set and review therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring that they are involved in the treatment process and receive continuous feedback about their progress.
• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interaction or face accessibility issues, ensuring high-quality care is always within reach.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to adhere to regulatory standards, showcasing our commitment to professionalism.
• Participate in regular professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapies.

You will be serving a varied patient demographic, which includes individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and the work you do will have a targeted impact on their lives, promoting healing and personal growth.

• A valid and current license in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Empathetic and compassionate disposition, coupled with a non-judgmental approach toward the challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills that enable effective management of client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting, especially with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic methodologies to enhance the personalized treatment of clients.
