What You'll Do
• Manage incoming calls on a multi-line system
• Schedule appointments in our cloud-based system
• Coordinate schedules for six providers
• Check patients in and verify insurance information
• Collect copays and process retail transactions
• Document detailed patient messages in our EHR
• Maintain accurate demographic and insurance records
• Support daily administrative operations

• Primary location: McLean, VA
• Occasional coverage at our Potomac location (advance notice provided)
• One-year commitment required
