As a Remote Operations Supervisor, you'll help support the day-to-day success of a virtual client-services team while maintaining your own client-facing responsibilities.
Your role will focus on three important areas:Client Service | Team Support | Operational Performance

👥 Team Support & Supervision

• Support and mentor developing remote representatives
• Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
• Help representatives understand systems, procedures, and expectations
• Participate in virtual coaching and development sessions

• Identify areas where representatives may need additional support
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement

🤝 Client Service & Relationship Management
You'll continue working directly with clients while developing your leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities may include:

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
• Help clients understand coverage choices
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up
• Assist with policy-related questions and reviews

As you develop into the supervisory side of the position, you'll help support efficient virtual operations by:
