Help Build One of the Largest Data Infrastructure Expansions in Texas
We are seeking Cable Deployment Technicians to support the buildout and expansion of a large-scale data infrastructure campus in West Texas. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing team responsible for installing, deploying, and maintaining the physical network infrastructure that powers mission-critical environments.
If you have experience with structured cabling, fiber, copper, low-voltage systems, telecommunications, industrial construction, data centers, or related infrastructure work, we'd love to hear from you.

Day Shift
7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Standard cabling installation
  • Rack patching and equipment connectivity
  • Quality control inspections
  • Network brick and rack deployment support
  • General infrastructure installation activities
Night Shift
7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Overhead cabling installation
  • Elevated work utilizing scissor lifts
  • Large-scale infrastructure deployment
  • Fiber and copper cable routing
  • Work performed during low-traffic operational windows
Rotation Schedule
  • Sunday - Wednesday
  • Wednesday - Saturday
What You'll Do
  • Install and maintain structured cabling infrastructure
  • Run, route, and secure fiber optic and copper cabling
  • Support server rack and network equipment deployments
  • Perform patching activities within server and network racks
  • Assist with infrastructure inventory and materials tracking
  • Work alongside deployment teams, field technicians, and project leadership
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues
  • Follow ticketing systems and workflow processes to complete assigned work
  • Maintain accurate documentation and status updates
  • Support quality assurance inspections and project closeout activities
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
  • Experience installing structured cabling or low-voltage systems
  • Experience working with fiber optic and copper infrastructure
  • Ability to interpret work instructions, construction drawings, or cable layouts
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced technical environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred Experience
  • Data center experience
  • Telecommunications or network deployment experience
  • Industrial, utility, oil & gas, or construction background
  • Experience working from:
    • Scissor lifts
    • Elevated work platforms
    • Aerial lifts
  • Experience with cable testing and validation
  • Copper termination experience
Safety & Physical Requirements
This role may involve:
  • Working at heights greater than 12 feet
  • Use of scissor lifts and elevated work platforms
  • Climbing ladders
  • Standing and walking for extended periods

  • Working in active construction and operational environments
