Vollmer Elementary School (Grades K-7 Levels)                                   AND            Rush-Henrietta Senior High School (Grades 4-12 Levels)
July 6 - August 14, 2026 (30 sessions, Mondays through Fridays)                                July 6 - August 14, 2026 (30 sessions, Mondays through Fridays) 
8:00 to 12:30 p.m. instruction, plus hour paid planning time                                      7:30 to 12:00 p.m. instruction, plus hour paid planning time

                               -Required virtual orientation June 11, 2026 (1 hour)

                               -Optional program planning/prep day: June 29 - July 2, 2026

                               -Required full day on August 14th (12:00-3:00, classroom cleanup)


SALARY:
Per RHEA Teachers' Contract (summer school "enhanced full load" rate) Article 26, Section 8.


DUTIES:
The Extended School Year (ESY) Summer Program offers mandated services and instruction for students with significant learning and developmental needs who qualify for extended-year programming to prevent regression. 
Related service providers will create individualized learning tasks aligned with the essential curriculum and each student's IEP goals, delivering both group and individual services. Additionally, they will be responsible for

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Applicants must possess the appropriate NYS Teacher Certification.
Preference in appointment will be given to Rush-Henrietta teachers.
