Fargo offers a vibrant community atmosphere centrally located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, just 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul. This safe, growing city of 250,000 is known for its excellent school system, young population with an average age in the mid-30s, and three universities in the area.
Facility:
This healthcare facility features a state-of-the-art Level III, 14-bed newly renovated NICU with private suites. The organization provides comprehensive maternal and neonatal care with a strong 6-person OB team, full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine support, and pediatric subspecialty services including cardiology, neurology, and virtual hematology support.
Opportunity:
Physician - Neonatologist
Job Details:
• Provide neonatal intensive care services in a Level III, 14-bed newly renovated NICU with private suites
• Work as part of a 4-person neonatology team with full-time schedule of 7-8 shifts per month
• Collaborate with strong 6-person OB team supporting growing birth volume
• Access to full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine support and overnight NNP coverage
• Work alongside pediatric subspecialty support including cardiology, neurology, and virtual hematology
• Benefit from highly experienced nursing staff and comprehensive team support
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Serve regional area consisting of 30 clinics and 5 hospitals
