Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care for individuals and families throughout their lives, from childhood to senior years.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active licensure in Ohio or eligibility for licensure.
