This position will be conducted in a dynamic and flexible remote setting, allowing you to integrate your professional work with personal responsibilities. • Collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate mental health care for students.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Provide individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.
• Engage in educational outreach with students and their families, providing information on mental health resources and coping strategies.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Rebel New Life, you will primarily work with children and adolescents within a school-based environment. You will engage with students facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your interventions will not only support their mental health but also enhance their academic performance and social skills, as you help them navigate their emotional landscape during crucial developmental phases.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience, although candidates with a background in school-based mental health services are preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in a school setting working with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and social-emotional learning frameworks.
• Skill in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms for client documentation and virtual sessions.
