Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients using structured interviews and standardized tools to identify mental health needs and relevant social determinants affecting their well-being.
  • Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions to clients, addressing various concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions that focus on providing support, fostering connections among participants, and delivering psychoeducation on pertinent mental health topics.
  • Develop and implement detailed treatment plans that include measurable goals, interventions grounded in best practices, and ongoing progress evaluations.
  • Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, which may involve performing risk assessments, crafting safety plans, and coordinating emergency support services.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their rights are upheld and that they have access to essential healthcare services and community resources.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes while adhering to strict legal and ethical standards for confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
