Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's needs.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on thorough initial assessments, and consistently monitor and document client progress towards their therapeutic goals.
• Equip clients with effective coping strategies and life skills to enhance their emotional and psychological resilience.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide integrated care, addressing both mental and physical health needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate client records utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all documentation adheres to HIPAA standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions aimed at continuous professional development and sharing best practices.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current and valid license as a Professional Counselor in Texas.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience, with opportunities for caseload adjustment based on availability.
