Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Location: Connecticut
Work Arrangement: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time remote position for a licensed clinician who prefers a consistent weekday schedule and direct client work. You'll maintain an ongoing caseload of adults and conduct sessions from a private home workspace.

The clients you work with may be dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, or major life changes. You'll have the independence to manage your clinical work while remaining connected with the wider team when consultation is needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions online
  • Complete intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical history
  • Determine treatment priorities and establish measurable goals
  • Select therapeutic interventions appropriate to each case
  • Review cases and modify treatment when clinically indicated
  • Complete progress notes and required clinical records
  • Follow established procedures for risk or safety concerns

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related clinical field
  • Current Connecticut LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
  • Clinical experience working directly with individuals in a mental health setting
  • Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively through virtual care
  • Confidence making independent clinical decisions and managing an ongoing caseload
