• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and cultural backgrounds, integrating their feedback into the therapeutic process.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various therapeutic settings such as individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services when challenges arise, working closely with clients to manage acute crises and ensuring a continuous care approach.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to clinic policies and relevant regulations.
• Offer psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the best possible results for clients.
• Stay current with ongoing training and research in mental health best practices, embedding this knowledge into your clinical technique to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere to strict ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in handling patient information.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Driscoll, you will work with a varied client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma or are facing mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and we encourage therapists to integrate culturally sensitive practices into their work.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong ability to work independently while also fostering collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, particularly in telehealth or trauma-informed care.
• Experience using evidence-based therapies and interventions suited for a remote therapeutic environment.

• The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $84,000. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill set.
