This full-time position is primarily remote, providing you the autonomy to manage your schedule while participating in a collaborative virtual mental health clinic. As part of a community health clinic, you will join an innovative team that consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess mental health needs, utilizing a range of evidence-based approaches.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address unique client concerns.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is timely and thorough.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure the delivery of holistic care and participate in monthly case consultations to review client progress.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources, fostering their understanding and active engagement in the recovery process.
• Stay current with research advancements in mental health to continually improve the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Your primary focus will be individuals struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma-related disorders, anxiety, and depression. • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Proven ability to engage in solution-focused therapy to customize care according to individual client needs.

• Adept problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills that facilitate a responsive and adaptive treatment approach.
