 NOW HIRING: PODIATRY SCRIBE

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Scribe to join our team!
 Locations: Sun City & North Scottsdale
The position requires traveling between our Sun City and North Scottsdale offices.
Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
  • Every other Friday: 7:45 AM–12:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

  • Documenting patient visits in the EMR
  • Recording the provider’s history, physical exam findings, assessment, and treatment plan
  • Documenting procedures and treatments
  • Entering orders and other information as directed by the provider
  • Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
  • Working closely with the podiatrist and clinical team

Qualifications:

  • Previous medical scribe or medical office experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel between office locations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems preferred
