Responsibilities:

  • Supports office operations related to organization and communication such as preparing documents, distributing incoming work, filing documents, scheduling meetings, greeting visitors, answering incoming communications, updating social media tools, and marketing to existing clients.
  • Answers questions and determines appropriate referral for members’ requests and sales leads.
  • Assists with Fraternal processes which include submitting requests, filing reports, reconciling receipts.
  • Acts as home office liaison for required service items and education and training topics.
  • Assists in the recruiting and onboarding process for financial representatives as directed, this may include prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, recruiting candidates, and making career fair arrangements.
  • Prepares and submits expense reports to the home office.
  • Assists with staff accountability and performance measures.

  • Associate degree in business, or related work experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and related software.
  • Must be comfortable using Zoom and other virtual communication platforms.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to a dynamic, changing work environment.
  • Service oriented.

What we offer:

  • Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $19.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time, nor can we guarantee future sponsorship.
  • Work Arrangements: This is a full-time on-site, hourly position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday-Friday. This on-site position works at the regional office located in Tupelo, MS.
