Medical Review - Psychiatrist Kansas Ongoing Locum Tenens

Seeking a Psychiatrist preferred, though MDs and DOs will also be considered, for a physician oversight role supporting an established community-based behavioral health organization in Wichita, Kansas. This is a virtual position with approximately 5 hours per month and no direct patient care responsibilities. The organization currently provides Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and Peer Support services to elderly and disabled individuals in the community.

Responsibilities Include:
• Reviewing care plans and documentation for medical necessity
• Signing off on care plans as appropriate
• Providing physician oversight consistent with Kansas requirements

Additional Details:
• Virtual role
