CPPM Test Engineer (TE3)
Salary: Up to $150K, based on education and experience
Security Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance w/ FS Poly
Location: Linthicum Heights, MD
Education: A Bachelor's degree in in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering
Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Certifications: None
Job Description: As a Test Engineer on our team, you will guide and oversee Test Engineering
services as part of a small team to enable a large program's planning and implementation
activities. Specifically, the Test Engineer will support the design and establishment of an
automated virtual test environment within a cloud-based infrastructure using Ansible Playbooks
and Gitlab as well as other tools.
Responsibilities include:
โ€ขEstablishing and maintaining the Program's Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix
(RVTM) with information exchanges for each of the sub-systems and their components that
will be used in the IV&V, as directed.
โ€ขEstablish and maintain the Critical Operational Issues table within the RVTM with measures
of effectiveness (MOEs) provided by the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC).
โ€ขOversee establishment of a Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Test Plans,
Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM), Test Cases and procedures.
Experience:
โ€ขEight (8) years of experience as a Test Engineer (TE). Four (4) years of additional TE
experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
โ€ขExperience with using Selenium to create browser-based regression automation test
environments. Experience with JAVA scripting.
โ€ขExperience with testing design in creating a virtual test environment. Experience with
executing testing within that environment.
Individual Capabilities:
โ€ขEvidence of having led a software development test effort in the recent past Evidence of
having supported an Agile software development effort Demonstrated experience with
automated testing
โ€ขAnsible playbooks and GitLab experience LINUX and Windows applications experience
โ€ขAbility to provide primary liaison between the test team and the Government leadership.
โ€ขExcellent written and oral communications experience
