Hybrid Every Other Week onsite / 5 days in either Covington, KY or Merrimack, NH
Our client seeks a Digital Content Creator to join the Digital Content Management & Solutions team. The role will focus on creating, editing, and publishing internal process and product content that enables associates to deliver service experiences to Workplace Investing clients and participants. The position requires strong business and technical writing skills, collaboration with partners, adherence to standards, and timely delivery in a high-volume environment.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $30.00 to $37.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Write, edit, and publish digital content using modern content management applications.
  • Build, edit, and publish clear, succinct content for diverse content consumers.
  • Conduct content quality checks to ensure successful publishing and adherence to style guides and standards.
  • Collaborate with peers and partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery, and gain approvals prior to publication.
  • Balance pace and quality in a high-volume production environment to meet tight delivery timeframes.
  • Produce timely, compliant, easy-to-use content that supports business performance objectives.
  • Understand project relationships and assess impacts of changes across areas.
  • Maintain awareness of product, process, and technology developments that affect content delivery.
  • Promote understanding of how content improves business outcomes.
  • Support content transformation efforts that increase process automation and improve content production and consumption.

Experience Requirements:
  • Professional experience in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, and/or financial services.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Investing product offerings and related servicing.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong business and technical writing skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with internal business partners.
  • Understanding of how our client's Workplace Investing products and services are administered and serviced.
  • 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
